The principle of the diet is to divide weight loss into 4 phases : attack, cruising, stabilization and consolidation.
During the attack phase, you will only have the right to natural proteins: white meat (lean parts, white, fillets …), lean fish, eggs cooked without fat, but also 0% dairy products , tofu , and oat bran. And that’s all. If it seems difficult to ingest anything else, do not forget two things.
